A hangover is the experience of various unpleasant physiological effects following heavy consumption of alcoholic beverages. While a hangover can be experienced at any time, generally speaking it is experienced the morning after a night of heavy drinking.

–          I say Jeeves, I feel as though the entire percussion section of the London Philharmonic is practising inside my skull.

–          Indeed Sir.

–          Ah, that certainly hit the spot! You’re a bloody marvel, Jeeves, you’ve saved my life again!

–          Happy to be of service, Sir.
